Page is Getting Down?
Page-down issues in Pagemaker are caused by publishing errors and incorrectly assigned slugs. Follow our step-by-step instructions to ensure your website stays up and running smoothly.
Error Message: Oops! It looks like you haven't published the page yet. Please publish the page to view this page in published mode.
Solution:
Go to your editor and publish the page from there. This error message typically indicates that the page needs to be published in order to be visible.
Slug Added to Home Page:
Sometimes, customers add slugs to all their pages, including the home page.
Solution:
Solution: To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Click on the home page name.
- In the details section, look for a button to set that page as the home page.
- Enable the button to make the selected page the home page. (By making the page as a Home page, the slug will be automatically removed)
- Click on the update button to save the changes.
